Hi, im Laura and I’m fundraising for my partner Paul Denommee.

Our world changed unexpectedly when my beloved husband, Paul , suffered a serious brain injury on April 16th requiring emergency surgery and subsequently required a second surgery on April 28th. He is currently in the hospital receiving specialized care and being monitored closely. Not only does he have a serious brain injury but has also been diagnosed with liver cancer.

Paul is a quiet and private man, yet caring and compassionate. Seeing him in this condition is unimaginably difficult, but we are staying strong and focused on his healing.

The emotional and financial burden of this crisis is overwhelming. While we remain hopeful for Paul’s recovery the journey ahead will be long and uncertain. Your donation will go directly towards medical expenses, rehabilitation and long term care if recovery progresses and daily bills and living expenses as Paul will be unable to work. This will allow us to focus solely on Paul’s recovery.
