Hi again, lately we got new requests to add older players and girls' teams to our programs. WE do know that this project aims to foster community engagement through annual games that unite people of all ages and backgrounds. By organizing sporting events, we provide a space for youth and adults to connect, build camaraderie, and promote physical activity. However, financial constraints—such as venue rentals, referee fees, and injury coverage—make it difficult to meet increasing demand.

We come to you with a heartfelt plea to support our youth soccer team. These amazing young athletes have boundless passion, incredible talent, and an unwavering dedication to their sport. They dream of playing on larger stages, and with your help, we can make those dreams come true.

In 2012, we as a community decided to help the youth in our South Dakota community by engaging them in sports and other activities to welcome them and make them feel at home.

We never imagined it would become a lifelong commitment. We were excited to start and involve the youth in something that would interest them, with sports being a key focus. We organized soccer tournaments and teams without considering the costs and commitments required for success.

After a few years, due to financial constraints and other challenges, we were unable to fulfill the dreams of young people or our own. Fast forward to 2025, and we find ourselves back to where we started. Despite our efforts to keep the dream alive, more and more young people are eager for these sports activities and keep asking for help. While we have received individual contributions, it has not been enough to run a successful tournament.

Seeing the passion and desire in these young people, we are determined to help. Therefore, we are reaching out for funds through GoFundMe to make this dream a reality.

When: We are thrilled to announce that our youth soccer team will be hosting a tournament this August 4-10 in Iowa! This event is a fantastic opportunity for our young athletes to showcase their skills, foster teamwork, and create lasting memories.
