FBA Foundational Black American Chamber of Commerce Corporation is our new nonprofit. FBA Chamber of Commerce Corporation is in the process of obtaining 501(c)(3) status. FBA Chamber of Commerce Corporation is a USA-Georgia nonprofit corporation.

We have submitted our Form 1023-EZ to the IRS to receive 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status.

While our application is pending, you can still support our mission by donating below. Once approved, your donations will be retroactively deductible to our date of formation.

For public benefit and charitable services primarily focusing on building economic entrepreneurship, financial empowerment through financial courses and job skills for the current hiring needs. Focusing also on in-house and partnered emergency assistance programs to homeless veterans and homeless women with children in receiving immediate emergency shelter/housing and supplemental food assistance, assisting veterans and women of domestic violence with emergency counseling and mental health resources.

Conforming to the IRS guidelines of 501(c)(3). Providing temporary shelter for abandoned, abused and mistreated animals; more specifically dogs and cats. Provide free grouped educational programs for marketable skills for today’s hiring needs like AI and computer science courses, community economic development and beautification in disadvantaged areas, workforce training, fostering public safety.

Priority focus to promote the economic development of economically disadvantaged areas for the benefit and improvement of the community and local government tax base. Providing grouped educational workshops, workforce development, resume workshops, English written, English articulation proficiency development, economic research at no charge.

To improve the community's business climate through charitable, educational, scientific activities, including community beautification and supporting local vocational training. To foster community safety and economic sustainability through partnerships with local education institutions and public safety organizations.
