On Saturday, 18th July, our family received a phone call that changed our lives forever.

My brother was driving a truck down Jamberoo Pass when the unthinkable happened—his brakes failed. Faced with an impossible situation, he made a split-second decision that likely saved another life. Knowing he couldn't stop, he deliberately aimed the truck towards a tree and positioned his side of the truck to take the impact, protecting his mate who was with him. Thankfully, his mate was able to walk away from the crash.

My brother wasn't so fortunate.

He suffered severe injuries and has been in and out of a coma. While we remain hopeful and continue to pray for his recovery, we know the journey ahead will be long, challenging, and filled with uncertainty.

He is a devoted father to two beautiful children and a newborn baby, and right now they need all the love and support they can get. As he recovers, he will be unable to work for the foreseeable future, placing an enormous financial strain on his young family.

We have created this GoFundMe to help ease that burden and allow his family to focus on what truly matters—his recovery.

Supporting his children and helping provide for their everyday needs.

Medical expenses and ongoing treatment.

Rehabilitation and therapy to give him the best possible chance at recovery.

Household bills and living expenses while he is unable to work.
