Help Support Our Dad During This Difficult Time

Donation protected
Dear Friends, Family, and Kind Strangers,

Our mom has been courageously battling stage 4 pancreatic cancer since her diagnosis on August 17, 2024. After months of chemotherapy with no success and enduring so much sickness, she was sent home from the hospital on March 24th. Just five hours later, she suffered a devastating stroke.

After many difficult conversations with doctors and family, we honored Mom’s wishes and transitioned her to hospice care at home. As you can imagine, this has been an incredibly painful and challenging time for our family, especially for our dad.

Just two weeks before Mom’s stroke, Dad underwent back surgery and is still physically recovering, with a strict 5-pound weight restriction. He is currently on leave from work, making it even harder to keep up with the growing medical expenses. While he is doing everything he can to be by Mom’s side, the financial burden is becoming overwhelming.

We want to ease some of that burden for him so he can focus on what truly matters—spending these precious moments with Mom. Any donation, no matter how small, will help with medical bills and other expenses during this time.

If you feel inclined to give, we would be forever grateful for your kindness and support. Please keep our family in your thoughts and prayers.

Update – April 3, 2025

It’s been a week since mom came home from the hospital. Dad has stayed by her side everyday. Some days we can understand what she’s saying and she has more energy. Other days, it’s hard. She’s become disoriented at times and there’s blood in her urine. Dad woke up yesterday not feeling great and a trip to the ER let us know he had pneumonia. We are all doing the best we can to be there for mom and dad and there are no words to describe how thankful and blessed we are to have family, friends and acquaintances donate. Thank you for the continued prayers, the phone calls, messages. It takes a village and we’re thankful for ours.

With love and gratitude,
Will, Erica, Emily, and Family
