May Zahid Khan Be Granted Jannat al-Firdaus

If you knew Zahid Khan, you knew someone who never hesitated to go above and beyond for those around him. A man who always said yes when others needed help, who made it his mission to bring light and laughter to every room he entered. He lived with generosity, humility, and a heart full of love.

It is with broken hearts that we share the passing of our beloved Zahid on Monday, April 21, due to complications from a heart condition.

Just weeks earlier, at the start of Ramadan, Zahid suffered a severe heart attack that left him unconscious. In the span of a single month, he endured dialysis, life support, and countless medical interventions. Despite every effort, Allah (SWT) had already written his time, and He called Zahid back to Him.

Zahid was the sole provider for his wife and two teenage children in Brooklyn. While we find comfort in knowing he is no longer in pain, his family is now left with immense emotional and financial hardship.

We created this GoFundMe in his memory—with the goal of supporting his family with ongoing living expenses, and any remaining medical bills.
