Help Support Our Amazing Auntie Dusteem

The last few weeks have been a whirlwind for our lovely Justine (or as we all call her, Auntie Dusteem). She recently went into hospital with tummy problems and some ongoing lady issues. She’s already had a tough journey in the past, dealing with ovarian cysts and even having one ovary removed.

This time, things took a scary turn. What started as a hospital visit for tummy pain ended up being something none of us expected. Just a few days after being discharged, Justine got the call no one ever wants to hear — she has a very rare form of ovarian cancer.

Within 24 hours she was back in hospital having major surgery to remove it, and now she’s been referred to a specialist team in London for chemotherapy. Thankfully, it was caught just in time, and doctors are hopeful that after her treatment, she will be cancer free.

But as you can imagine, this has all happened so suddenly. Justine will be off work for a while as she recovers and undergoes chemo. We want to make sure that while she’s focusing on getting better, she doesn’t have to worry about bills or money on top of everything else.

Justine is one of the kindest, funniest, and strongest people we know — always putting others first and never complaining, no matter what life throws her way. Now it’s our turn to look after her.
