Help Gaza Nurse Abdul Rahman Rebuild After Unimaginable Loss
A Lifeline for His Family and Community
My name is Abdul Rahman Atallah, I am 24 years old and I am a volunteer nurse in Gaza. Since the war began, I have lost my father, brother, grandfather, brother-in-law, and cousins. Despite this immense personal tragedy, I continue to serve my community, providing care to those in desperate need. I have worked continuously as a volunteer nurse in the North of Gaza since the beginning of the violence.
As is the same for my colleagues, our working conditions have become unimaginable. I have even been working on shift when my cousin and father were brought into the hospital as Martyrs.
My dream is continue my career in nursing in Gaza. I have extensive experience in caring for children and adults, ranging from complex medical problems and surgery with surgical recovery. I want to continue to gain more skills so I can serve my people in the best way possible.
The war has devastated our lives. I have personally lost over 300 members of my immediate and extended family. Fresh, nutritious food is scarce and prohibitively expensive. My family, including orphaned nieces and nephews, relies on me for support. We are struggling to meet basic needs like food, clean water, and medicine.
Why Your Help Matters
Your donation will directly support:
• Providing essential food and clean water for my family.
• Purchasing necessary medications and medical supplies.
• Ensuring my orphaned nieces and nephews have the care they need.
• Helping me continue my work as a nurse, serving our community amidst the crisis.
Every Contribution Counts
No donation is too small. Your support brings hope and relief to a family enduring unimaginable hardship. Together, we can make a difference.

Praise be to Allah, by the grace of God, I was awarded the certificate of Hakim, for my voluntary service efforts to the public hospitals in Northern Gaza during the war. This special award was presented by the Ministry of Health and the General Administration of Nursing.
