My name is Ariana Pichardo and I am reaching out on behalf of my sister’s father, Noe Mancia Moreno, who is currently detained by ICE.

Noe has lived in the United States for over 15 years. He has worked hard, built his life here, and most importantly, has been a devoted father to his two children: my sister Ava and his youngest daughter, Alia, who just turned one. His children depend on him every single day—for love, guidance, and financial support.

On August 18th, Noe’s life changed forever. Someone had stolen his identity and committed fraud in Nevada. When Noe appeared in court to clear his name and prove his innocence, ICE agents were waiting outside. Instead of being able to defend himself, he was detained, and he has been separated from his family ever since.

Before his detention, Noe was already in the process of applying for a U-Visa—a legal pathway meant to protect victims of crime who cooperate with authorities. He was doing everything right to secure his future here legally, but his detention has disrupted that process and put his family in an even more painful situation.

Now, Noe faces the fight of his life: to prove his innocence and to fight deportation. But immigration attorneys are extremely expensive, and the costs are far beyond what our family can handle alone. Every dollar raised will go directly toward his legal fees, giving him the chance to stay in the only home he’s known for the last 15 years and continue being the father his children need.
