Hello, my name is Poppy and I am raising funds for my lovely mum, Haitch Pants. My mum recently fell from her roof whilst painting. Her lower leg took immense trauma and her heel was completely shattered, requiring a long and difficult specialist surgery. She will be unable to walk for at least 4-6 months.

My mum is a dog walker by profession and passion. Working with animals has been a lifelong dream of hers and it finally became her reality two years ago. It is heartbreaking that she will be unable to walk dogs (both for her job as a dog walker, and our own beautiful doggy, Linda) during this 4-6 month period. My mum is the strongest and most resilient person I've ever known, and I can see that having her independence taken from her during this time is affecting her. Due to her inability to work she is struggling with funds for groceries and dog food for Linda, bills (including an upcoming MOT) and general living costs.

We are incredibly grateful for all my mum's fantastic friends who have been so compassionate during the past few weeks and this love is already more than we could ever ask for.
