My family is facing something we never imagined we would have to go through. My grandmother was recently diagnosed with stage 4 lung cancer, and the news shattered all of us. It happened so suddenly, and watching her decline so quickly has been heartbreaking in ways I can barely put into words.

My mom has become her full-time caregiver, staying by her side day and night. She helps her with everything, comforts her through pain, and does everything humanly possible to make sure she doesn’t feel alone. My mom is pouring every ounce of her strength, energy, and love into caring for her—but because of that, she can’t work at all right now.

The bills are piling up. Medication costs keep rising. And as much as it hurts to even think about, we know there will soon be end-of-life and cremation expenses that my mom simply cannot afford on her own.

I created this GoFundMe because I can’t stand to watch my mom carry this weight alone. She is trying so hard to be strong for everyone, even while she’s breaking on the inside. Anything raised will help her:
