Little bit of an update:

My leg flap is healing well, the new rx for the bug growing has stopped it!! Yay

They seem to already be asking about my home life, which is awesome, they wanna make sure I have the support I need as well the means to navigate my home, so mama is calling about a wheelchair rental as well as a lift for out side…I have to keep my new knee flap as stress free as I possibly can…this is the end of the line…there is no alternative…leg amputation is next!

So when I do get to home I will be on strict rest and keep the leg horizontal!!

But will keep you posted!!!

Hi,I am fundraising for my cousin Misty-Ann Prettie.

She has been in the hospital multiple times in the last 6 months and is still currently in the hospital waiting for a skin graft.

Misty-Ann has suffered with repeated infections in her left her leg for the past 20 years and this is the worst she has been. We almost lost her a few weeks back when she started to bleed out but thanks to the nurses and surgeons at Concordia they were able to stop the bleeding.

As many of you know Misty-Ann Prettie is one of the most caring and giving person you can meet. She is there when anyone needs help in any way, she would rather give you her last dollar then see you suffer.

Due to circumstances beyond her control Misty-Ann is no longer able to provide foster care, something she has been doing for the last 24 years, as well her sick benefits have run out and she doesn't qualify for disability benefits .

We are raising funds to help Misty-Ann with her household costs and legal costs related to mistakes made that has caused this medical episode to be so much more serious.

Misty-Ann doesn't know what her prognosis will be once she is finally healed and released from the hospital.

We are praying she will be able to return to work and fulfill her goal of getting her food truck on the road.

Until then please help the most deserving lady we know and love.
