Help Support Maddie’s Fight with Terminal Cancer

Hi, my name is Nicole, and I’m writing this with a very heavy heart but a whole lot of hope — for my beautiful little sister, Maddie.

Earlier this year, Maddie was diagnosed with terminal cancer. At just 24 years old, she’s facing the unimaginable — and yet she continues to meet each day with courage, grace, and that same gentle spirit that’s always made her so special to everyone who knows her.

Due to the rapid progression of her illness and the demanding toll it’s taken, Maddie has had to resign from her full-time job — something that was incredibly difficult for her. She’s always been independent, strong-willed, and determined, but right now, her focus has to be on her health and making the most of the time she has.

Our mum, Debbie, has also made the decision to resign from her part-time job so she can be Maddie’s full-time carer. The emotional, physical, and financial pressure has been immense, and as a family, we are doing everything we can to ease the load and surround Maddie with the love and care she deserves.

We’re setting up this GoFundMe to help support Maddie and Mum through the road ahead — to cover medical costs, transport, quality-of-life care, and to simply give Maddie moments of joy, comfort, and dignity in the time she has left. Whether it’s helping us create lasting memories or just covering the basics, every donation — big or small — will make a difference.
