Our little family is raising money to help us gain custody of my husband's daughter. She was moved out of state by her mother when she was 5 and the court systems were not helpful. Now that she is now 12 and able to speak her mind, she has repeatedly voiced that living with her Dad and myself would be better for her.

Although my bonus daughter has been appointed a lawyer at no cost, her Dad (my husband) and I are also being represented by a lawyer (whom we DO have to pay) in order to make sure we are going about everything the proper way. Both my husband and I have serveral minimum wage jobs, so paying the big costs of a legal battle is rough.

Any little bit can help us in the proceedings to help give our favorite girl the life she wants and deserves.
