Help Support Families And Women Going Through Child Loss

Do you want to join me in making a difference? I'm Kate and I'm raising money in aid of 4louis by doing a 10k Born Survivor Military Obstacle Run. This charity supports something, that is very close to my heart but firstly, I want to say thank you in advance for your contribution to this cause as it means so much to me.

More about why I'm doing this and what I'm doing, I am raising money for the 4louis charity as I admire what they do for families and it is very close to my heart this is because my sister and I are what you would call miracle babies, My mum went through multiple miscarriages and she never got the chance to have support from a charity like this one.
Another reason this is personal to me is that nearly a year ago, I unfortunately went through a chemical miscarriage of my own and I felt like I had failed myself and what could've been my little family and I hid it from everyone. I kept it bottled up and battled myself and my thoughts from June 2024 to October 2024 when I finally came to terms with what had happened and reached out for support from my best friend, who is doing this with me for a charity close to her heart. I didn't get the support from a charity as amazing as this and I want to show people who have gone through miscarriages, stillbirths and child loss that there is support out there.
As for what I am doing, I am registered and training to do the 10k Born Survivor Military Obstacle Run in April, this run includes over 30 military grade obstacles and challenges through the course of a 10k run. It is made to be not only physically challenging but also a battle for mental strength to power through which exactly what it feels like trying to find yourself after going through the grief that this charity supports.

More information about 4louis: The charity was founded by a woman named Kirsty who lost her son Louis less than 20 days before her due date, her and her family had to go through so much grief and had to do what no parent should ever have to do laying her son to rest and that was where they formed 4louis. They provide memory boxes and other items free of charge to hospitals across the UK for parents who suffer the trauma of miscarriage, stillbirth and infant loss.

Thank you for your support and helping me make a difference.
