Help support Ben Moore to build houses in Zambia.

My name is Ben and I'm 16 years old. My sports club CUALA GAA has an annual mission to visit the Nsobe community in Zambia where for 2 weeks a team of teenagers build houses to support this community. Over many years, this valuable work has delivered homes and education for families in need. This is hard manual work, supervised by adults but done directly by the teens.

Your donations will contribute to building costs, a donation to the local Nsobe school and the cost of the team’s accommodations and sustenance while we are there.

In order to prepare AND to show you how committed I am, I am setting myself the following challenge:

In the month of January, I will lift 150,000KG in gym workouts with weights.

My workout plan has been approved by my S&C coach and is safe.
