Hi my name is Viri and I am Jasmin’s aunt. I am organizing this fundraiser on behalf of Jasmin and her fiancé Angel during this incredibly difficult time.

My family is asking for help during one of the most painful and unexpected moments of our lives.

My niece Jasmin and her fiancé Angel were on their way home to Washington from California when their lives changed in an instant. They were involved in a devastating accident and struck by a vehicle—turning what should have been a normal trip into a nightmare.

Angel suffered severe injuries and is currently hospitalized in California. He has already undergone multiple surgeries, and his journey to recovery is only just beginning. The road ahead will be long, uncertain, and incredibly difficult.

Jasmin has not left his side. She is staying in a nearby hotel so she can be there for him every single day—supporting him, advocating for him, and holding onto hope through it all. As you can imagine, the emotional toll is overwhelming.

And in the middle of all this… Jasmin is pregnant with their first baby.

What should be one of the happiest times in their lives has instead become filled with fear, stress, and uncertainty. She is trying to stay strong for Angel and their baby while facing circumstances no one could ever be prepared for.

Being far from home has also created a heavy financial burden. Between medical care, lodging, transportation, and daily needs, the costs are quickly adding up during an already heartbreaking time.

We are asking for help to ease that burden so they can focus on what truly matters right now—healing, staying together, and getting through each day.

Funds raised will help with:

• Angel’s medical expenses and ongoing care

• Hotel stays near the hospital

• Transportation between the hospital and hotel

• Food and daily expenses while in California

• Travel costs to bring them safely back home to Washington when he is stable

Angel has a long fight ahead of him, but he is not alone. Jasmin is standing beside him with strength and love, and our family is standing behind them both.
