Help Support Ameera and her Children

I started this campaign to help give my friend Ameera a way to support herself, as well as her children, after enduring very heartbreaking and challenging life circumstances. Ameera recently lost her husband of 15 years, and is still coping with his absence. She has been displaced from her home, and is currently in the hospital with her two daughters, ages 11 and 12, who both suffer from Cystic Fibrosis, a genetic condition that can cause severe damage to the lungs, digestive system, and other organs. The girls have not been able to access adequate treatment, and efforts are being made to transfer them to a hospital better equipped to care for them. While they receive treatment, her 8-year-old son has to stay with a relative, and she misses his presence every day.

Ameera is an incredibly strong woman, and I'm very blessed to know her. She no longer has a home to return to or an income, so I ask that you would please help support her through this campaign. Any funds that are raised will go directly to Ameera to take care of her family's needs, and allow her the ability to start to process what she has been through and heal, with one less stressor in her life.
