Help Support Amber in her Mom's End of Life Care

Update: Ann Harrison died in her home surrounded by loved ones on June 28th. Amber still needs financial support to tend to her mother's funeral and other affairs..

Let’s show our love as Amber and Ann begin end of life care in Ann’s Vallejo home.

Amber's mom’s health has been on the decline for the past 10 years, draining her savings and making her unable to cover her living expenses. Ann got her most recent cancer diagnosis late last year and the cancer has been very aggressive. At this time, she needs 24-hour care.

As a small events-based business owner, the vast majority of Amber’s income is made May - December. At this point, Amber has canceled most of her work and is committed to caring for her mom at home with love and dignity.

In addition to Amber’s own expenses, she now needs to pay for a portion of her mom’s mortgage and all her utilities. As you can imagine, her health and resources are stretched beyond what she can sustain. We can ease this path as they navigate these medical, emotional, and spiritual changes.

They have enrolled in hospice but it’s very unclear how long Ann will live. It could still be quite a journey.
