Help support Baby Albie, Jess & Sam
Donation protected
This fundraiser has been created by the friends and family of Jess, Sam and Albie. We wanted to help in our own small way - Jess and Sam haven't asked for this and would never expect this but are very grateful for everyone's best wishes.

A message from Albie's Mum & Dad, Jess and Sam:
"Don’t really know how to write this but here goes…
After being unwell for a few days Albie was admitted into Darlington Memorial hospital on Tuesday afternoon. At 10pm that night he had an urgent CT scan and at 2.15 am Wednesday morning myself and Sam were told that he has a large brain tumour and was being transferred to Newcastle RVI hospital. By 2.34am myself and Albie were in that ambulance and on our way.
This is the most devastating thing that could ever have happened to us we are gutted and emotional and taking each day as it comes. Our Albie bear has already had a couple of procedures but next week will endure crazy brain surgery to hopefully have the tumour removed. This is terrifying. It’s a large and rare tumour but we have the best neurosurgeons and medical professionals from across the UK on our side so we are in good hands. Our baby is a fighter he has proven that already so we are ready for this next fight as a family.
We are putting this post out on our social media so that social media can do as intended and spread this message to those who know us and our family. We can therefore provide updates when needed to those who would like them. We will of course be speaking to family personally and updating as we go.
Thank you everyone for your love and messages of support so far. We have a true army behind us in the form of our families and they are doing everything to keep us going and getting us what we need without us having to leave our baby’s side. Please offer support to our families as they need it as much as us.
Thank you for reading

We wanted to create a fundraiser for them all - They are currently going through something that no parent should have to endure. Worrying about money is the absolute last thing on their mind at a time like this when they're spending every possible moment that they have with Albie at the hospital. We want to support them as best as we can whilst they're out of work and staying away from home at their sons bedside at the hospital.
Any extra funds raised will be donated to a children's charity of Jess and Sam's choice.

Any donation will be very greatly received by the family. If you're unable to donate we thank you for visiting this page anyway and ask if you can please keep Albie, Jess and Sam in your thoughts and prayers ahead of his brain surgery next week and share this page on your social media if possible.
We know it's a very tough time for all at the moment, and the family are so grateful for the wonderful care they're receiving from their amazing NHS team.
