The Moore family has tragically lost a truly amazing person to an awful disease. Adam fought Colorectal Cancer for almost a decade. He never gave up or let it affect his relationships and his way of life. Adam continued to work as a dedicated physician assistant professor and compassionate clinician. He remained a supportive husband to Heather, comforting father to Hadley and Harrison, best friend to all and, more importantly, a great human!

Every one of us has known someone who has been affected by Cancer in one way or another. So, I’m sure you can understand the devastation of this family’s loss. Adam leaves behind his wife, Heather, and two very, young children, Hadley and Harrison. Heather will be supporting her children but also trying to give them the opportunities that she and Adam dreamed. All he wanted was for his children to have a life surrounded by family/friends he has made throughout the years.
