Help Support a Hero Dad & His Family After Traumatic Attack

On a day that started like any other, tragedy struck a local family in a way no one could have imagined. A husband, wife, and their three young sons (ages 1, 4 and 5) were at a welding shop in our community when they were approached by an individual who attempted to steal their vehicle — with the family still inside.

In a terrifying moment, the husband did everything he could to protect his wife and children. When physical efforts to stop the attacker failed, he was forced to use his legally concealed firearm in self-defense, ultimately saving his family’s lives. Tragically, this traumatic event unfolded right in front of his children and left the husband injured — with only one usable hand, making it impossible for him to return to work right now.

This hardworking husband is self-employed and relies on his tools and skills to provide for his family. While he has since recovered his work truck, his injury means he will be out of work for the foreseeable future, leaving the family without their primary source of income. His wife is a full-time stay-at-home mom caring for their three boys, and they are now facing significant challenges as they navigate this unexpected crisis.
