Hello, my name is Reagan Decena and I'm fundraising for a cousin of mine in the Philippines, Don King or DK. His family has faced several unexpected challenges over the past 2 years, including illness, job loss, and rising living costs. These difficulties have left him with his 2 young kids struggling with debt and basic expenses. We are asking for help to stabilise their situation and begin rebuilding.

DK is a widower, with 2 beautiful kids, Kza (9yo) and Zak (3yo). DK's wife Aiza was diagnosed with Cancer by mid 2024. In the Philippines, medical costs with cancer treatment is very expensive. She battled through cervical cancer stage 4 for almost a year until she peacefully passed away by November 2025.

DK had to support the kids by himself, while trying to repay incurred debt and trying to provide for their daily needs. He's a fencing coach and has trained kids through the years. While still grieving, he focused more time on his Fencing Academy: Excalibur. However in the last few months, due to global-scale related issues plus the dwindling number of fencing students, he had to give up the fencing academy due to increasing costs of operation than income. Despite cutting expenses and seeking extra work, the debts have continued to grow due to missed payments and rising costs. He is doing everything he can to regain stability, but they badly need temporary support to avoid falling further behind.

Funds raised will go toward overdue household bills, essential living costs, and reducing high-interest debt so the family can regain financial stability.
