Our Brave Little Warrior update.

Two weeks ago, our beautiful Ronnie, aged just 7, was diagnosed with Chronic Myeloid Leukaemia. This is a lifelong condition, and although he is facing it with incredible strength, the journey ahead is long and challenging.

Ronnie has now been sent home, where he receives daily care from his mum and support from the nursing team. He remains extremely vulnerable, and the family are adjusting to a completely new normal.

His mum is doing everything she can to keep him safe, comfortable, and emotionally supported — but this sudden change has brought significant financial strain.

With Christmas fast approaching, the pressure on the family feels even heavier. There has been no time to plan, prepare, or think about presents and celebrations. Every day is focused on Ronnie’s care, appointments, and managing this overwhelming new reality. What should be a magical time of year has become another worry, and any support towards giving the children a little bit of Christmas joy would mean the world.
