Help Support 1st Lieutenant Warren Collins Road to Recovery

Donation protected
Hi all! My name is Jordan Palmer and I am the 2nd Lieutenant of the Washington Engine Co.#2 of the Riverhead Fire Department.
For many years, 1st Lieutenant Warren Collins has been the steady, uplifting heart of our company. Firefighting has always been at the forefront of Warrens life and he has served his community and our company and department with unmatched dedication and strength.
Now it is our turn to serve him.
Recently, Warren has been faced with one of the toughest battles in his life, fighting against brain tumors. After enduring a major surgery, Warren is facing intensive treatments and other medical challenges. He and his family are now navigating through a long and complicated recovery. While he continues to show the same bravery he’s demonstrated throughout his fire department career, the physical, emotional and financial toll is overwhelming for him and his family.
Not only as a company but as a fire department, we consider Warren not just a Lieutenant and colleague but as a brother. We have all stood shoulder to shoulder with him at countless emergencies, late night fire calls and plenty of laughs and smiles in between and we continue to stand with him now.
The abundances of expenses include:
  • Ongoing medical treatments
  • Rehabilitation and Recovery
  • Loss of income due to Recovery
  • Day to Day expenses

We are asking our community- friends, neighbors, fellow first responders and anyone moved by Warrens story to help us support him in this hard time. Every donation, no matter the size will be going directly to Warren and his family so he can focus entirely on healing and recovering.
1st Lieutenant Warren Collins has spent his time protecting and serving others and now we have a chance to give back to someone who has given so much.

On behalf of my entire company, thank you for your love, generosity and support.
Let’s help LT. Collins get back on his feet and remind him that no fire fighter ever fights alone!
