Sue is an artist living in rural Alabama, known for her beautiful oil and watercolor paintings. For years, she’s brought her creativity to art fairs, taught students, and connected with her community through her work. But without a car, Sue’s independence has been limited. She relies on friends for transportation, which makes it difficult to attend events, get groceries, and stay connected to her community. Living in the woods means public transit isn’t an option, so every outing requires asking for help, which can be exhausting and sometimes isolating.
Having her own reliable vehicle will make a world of difference for Sue. She’ll be able to travel to art fairs on her own, teach more classes, and participate in community events without worrying about transportation. Your support will help Sue regain her freedom, continue sharing her art, and enjoy the independence she deserves.
