Sue Deleon, my cousin, recently experienced a devastating house fire that started in her bedroom. In just moments, the fire destroyed all of her clothes, her children's clothes and diapers, their toys, and the area where their dogs slept. The family not only lost their home, but also a beloved pet, leaving them heartbroken and without a safe place to stay.

Now, Sue and her children are facing homelessness while they wait for their home to be repaired—a process that could take anywhere from six months to a year. They are in urgent need of temporary housing, as well as basic necessities like clothes, diapers, and other essentials that were lost in the fire. The road ahead is uncertain, but with support from the community, there is hope for a fresh start.
