HELP SUDAN, HELP MY FAMILY

My name is Fatna Mohamed, and I am a refugee from North Sudan. In 2011, I resettled in the U.S with my immediate family. Currently, my family members who are left in North Sudan are facing the hardships of a civil war. I am seeking your assistance in aiding them. We are acutely aware of the heart-wrenching events unfolding in Sudan over the past few months, witnessing the relentless suffering of the Sudanese people even to this day. Lives have been lost, countless individuals left wounded, and homes torn apart. Many have been forced to flee their homes, seeking refuge in Chad and other nations. The magnitude of their anguish is unfathomable – hunger and thirst mercilessly consume them.
Amid this turmoil, my family back home found themselves caught in the chaos of the Civil War. They fled to Chad seeking safety, but tragedy followed them. I mourn the loss of my dear nephew, a young soul taken from us at only 19 years old. His mother, too, bears the weight of injury with a shattered leg, enduring surgeries that brought no solace. My aunt's heartache knows no bounds – her sons, driven by desperation, risked their lives searching for sustenance, only to face the brutality of the RSF. One son was shot, the other cruelly abducted, and his fate remained a haunting mystery until his lifeless body was discovered days later.
And amidst this calamity, my grandfather, a pillar of strength, now finds himself a victim of poison, weakened further by the lack of nourishment due to the Civil War's relentless grip. Countless others face similar harrowing circumstances, desperately needing food, water, and shelter. Their cries for help echo in my heart because, once upon a time, I stood in their shoes. I, too, have endured hunger, thirst, and the scars left behind by the atrocities of war.
I implore you, to let compassion guide your actions. Please, help me in supporting my family and countless others who are in dire need of assistance. Together, we can offer them the most fundamental of human rights – food to eat, water to drink, and a place to find rest amidst the chaos. Let us stand united in solidarity, bringing a glimmer of hope to those engulfed in darkness.
Every single amount, no matter how seemingly small, holds a treasure of immeasurable worth.
All funds shall be disbursed directly via a family member residing in Sudan using the Western Union service, with no involvement of any third-party Organization.
