Help Steve with basic necessities: food and electricity

Hello, thanks to people's donations, a person that was dying on the street, having been homeless for four years, was finally housed. He is severely underweight and very ill with long covid.

But things are not straightforward. Steve is being charged council tax before he has started to receive enough benefits to actually pay it. This means that he is going without food in order to try to have enough funds to pay his council tax.

I am trying to raise enough funds for him to get shopping until this backwards situation is finally sorted out.
