Help Steve Cover and Film #HomeRun4Julian Tour

I'm Steve Poikonen, activist and organizer with Action4Assange, host of Slow News Day, & cohost of Anonymous Bites Back. During the month of June, Julian Assange's father and half brother, John and Gabriel Shipton, will be touring the United States raising awareness about Julian's case and rallying support- culminating in DC on June 30th. I'm currently helping to organize the events at multiple stops on the tour with a focus on the west coast, where I live.

I'm seeking assistance with some travel, some lodging, and coffee expenses while I document and report on the west coast leg (Denver, Portland SF/LA) and final stop of the tour in DC. The exclusive interviews and on-the-road footage will be turned into an informational and inspirational documentary to continue raising awareness about the most important press freedom trial in history, and the absolute necessity in saving the life of Julian Assange.
