Help Stephen and Sherry Campbell in Their Time of Need

my brother, Stephen Bruce Campbell has been at Emory University for about three or four months. His wife Sherry Campbell has been out of work that long to be by his side. He had to have his bladder completely removed. They did another CT scan on him today 8 -18- 25, He ha a mass in his intestines. They took him to surgery at 3:00 pm today and they are saying it will take seven or eight hours in surgery. They are in really bad shape and have gone through all of their savings.
