Help Starlite Drive In

Peggy Beasley and The Beasely Family have owned and operated Christiansburg Va's most famous and beloved Icon, The Starlight Drive In for 67 years. Our Community has so many great memories from this place and we love it and want to see it around for the next generation to love it too, but....

Peggy is in trouble. The Starlight Drive In is in trouble.

The big wind storm we had recently, caused damage to the screen and it needs to be repaired, re-painted and the back rows need to be re-wired. She will be open to serve food May 1st, but if she can't get the repairs done, she can't play movies. She wants this business to go on and keep serving Christiansburg but she needs our help to do so. 

Between her late mother's nursing home care costs and the Attorneys fees from defending her business in court against the Town Of Christiansburg with the noise ordinance, it's been difficult to finance the needed repairs, wiring, maintenance and upkeep.

 She is a wonderful woman and Small business owner who doesn't want charity but I asked her if she would give me permission to let the good people of Christiansburg and beyond help show her how much she and this business is loved. 

Please everyone, lets show Peggy how much we love her and this iconic small business that has been the source for so much happiness in our community.
