Quinn was a diligent worker for Starbucks for 5 years, and a member of SBWU for 2. Quinn’s story is part of the 4 lgbtq+ union organizers in the past 40 days that were push out of their jobs at the 410 & Vance Jackson store due to its constant union busting tactics. On June 23rd, the 1 year anniversary of the stores unionization, Quinn was fired the moment they clocked in for their shift. Because of Starbucks discrimination against unionized workers Quinn is now left without not only his job, but his healthcare, access to therapy, dental, and college education. All benefits Starbucks flaunts to draw workers in. Benefits that are Threatened the moment anyone even tries to unionize.
