Stacey and Vicki have been the heart and soul of their community for over two decades, running a daycare that has become a second home for countless children. Their dedication goes beyond just caring for kids; they create lifelong bonds, staying in touch with families long after the children have grown. However, their world has been turned upside down. Stacey was diagnosed with Alport's disease, a condition that will eventually require dialysis, and she faces this challenge without health insurance. The pandemic further strained their resources, leading to missed property tax payments and putting their home and business at risk. Despite these hardships, Stacey and Vicki continue to give back to their community, showing up for friends and family in times of need. Now, they need our help to keep their home and daycare open, ensuring they can continue to provide a nurturing environment for children and support for their community.
Stacey is deeply rooted in her Hawaiian heritage. Her home and spirit exude Ohanna, a Hawaiian word that describes a deeper connection than just family—a connection with one's entire community. This household has shown Ohanna to nearly everyone they have come in contact with. Let's surround these ladies with similar intentions.
