Sorayda's journey began in October 2025 with unexplained weight loss, constant vomiting, and abdominal pain. Sorayda went to her primary doctor and she was prescribed medication for nausea, but over time it became severe. She became unwell and was admitted to the hospital. Instead of celebrating Christmas with her three children and family, Sorayda and her children spent the holiday devastated with her diagnosis: Stage 4 Stomach Cancer (metastatic).

Sorayda is a 40-year-old single mother of three who loves her children more than anything and can't see her life without them.

Anyone who knows Sorayda knows she is strong and determined. Even in the face of a devastating diagnosis, she is choosing to fight this cancer for her children and family.
