Help Sophie Perez

Update: Sophie’s surgery was moved up to this Friday. Katie will be needing to take additional time off to take care of her. Katie is out of days and will not be paid for the time off. This family shouldn’t have to worry about anything except taking care of this sweet baby. Your donation would be greatly appreciated. Sophie was born with a condition called CPAM, which is a condition where she was born with masses on her lungs. Sophie will be having her first of 2 surgeries right after Christmas with at least a 4 day stay in the hospital. This fundraiser will assist the Perez (Katie and Jesus) Family with medical expenses. Katie is a co-worker who teaches special needs students at the school where I work at and Jesus works in retail. Sophie's deductible is $6000 before the insurance will kick in. I am hoping to raise the money for at least her deductible as many of you know how difficult it is on a teacher's salary.
