My name is Sophia Moyeda. Recently, My dad has been detained by ICE. He has always been the main provider for our family, and his absence has left us struggling financially. When he was taken, we lost our primary source of income and could barely afford even the most basic necessities, like water, as we tried to cover the costs of legal representation.

As part of his process, my father must now travel to Ciudad Juárez, Mexico, to apply for his visa so he can return home.
