The way things are going politically, especially with this new law allowing adoption agencies to discriminate against same sex couples, we feel like I need to adopt Charlee and I need to do it quickly. 

Between the lawyer and social worker, this adoption would cost about $2000. 

This unexpected $2000 expense is not something we can afford right now. 

Please help us protect my rights as her parent. I wish this whole ordeal didn’t feel so necessary, but it does and anything would help!
