Help Sonia and Her Daughters Begin a New Chapter in Portugal

For over 15 years, Sonia has dedicated her life to helping others heal. Through yoga, Reiki, massage, aqua therapy, and countless other forms of holistic healing, she has guided hundreds of people around the world through trauma and back to themselves. Her warmth, wisdom, and unwavering support have touched so many lives.

Now, Sonia finds herself at a crossroads. The winds of change are calling her back to Portugal, the land of her roots, with her two daughters, Divya (12) and Nithya (10). This return is filled with hope, but also immense challenges.

The transition comes at a difficult time: schools in South India end in March, while schools in Portugal won’t begin until September. Sonia will have her daughters full-time for nearly five months, limiting her ability to work as she rebuilds her life.

Divya and Nithya are bright and talented girls. Divya is a creative soul who loves art, crafts, dancing, and experimenting in the kitchen. Nithya, adventurous and strong, excels in swimming, rock climbing, and ballet, recently winning one gold and two silver medals in a school competition. She also has a rare gift with animals, showing deep compassion and connection wherever she goes.

Sonia carries with her dreams of finishing her first book, sharing her wisdom with parents, and continuing her healing work to help others. But right now, she needs support to bridge this difficult transition—covering the costs of moving, settling, and creating a new foundation for her family.

Sonia has been a pillar of strength for so many. She has held space for others to heal, to feel seen, and to rebuild their lives. Now, it’s our turn to show up for her.
