Hi! We’re Gee and Freya, we are 2 girls from England who have been traveling for the last 9 months, currently on our working holiday visa in Australia. We spent the 6 months travelling South East Asia and we were lucky enough to spend almost 2 months in Sri Lanka. Over Christmas I received a message from a very kind man we met called Sisil. He helped us out when we were staying in Weligama, he worked for a Tuk Tuk rental company. He made sure we were safe and he has been very sweet since, checking up on us once a month to make sure we are happy and safe around the world. His house got destroyed in the floods not long ago and himself and his family have been left with nothing. Over Christmas Sisil has messaged me sending photos of what used to be his family home and asking if I can help him to re build his home for him and his family. I’d love to be able to raise some money to help him.
