Help Simeon the Icon painter Fix his home

People of Polish Hill and Bloomfield neighborhoods all know Simeon our local icon painter~ Maybe you've stopped and had a laugh with him on the bridge or bought one of his beautiful artworks over the years. Simeon is one of the unique personalities that make our community special.
Right now he needs our help. His home is in immediate need of structural repairs and he needs money to cover vet bills and various pet related expenses. A small group of friends have been pitching in to help him throughout this pandemic but we cant afford to cover costs of larger expenses going forward and Simeon can't afford it alone.
The stairs in his home are separating from the wall and the railing needs to be repaired. He has fallen down his stairs twice because they are unstable.
Many of his pets are elderly and vet bills have added up.
Me (Jill) and my partner Jay, are working with Simeon to navigate the government channels to see what kind of aid he can qualify for but in the mean time Simeon needs our support now.
I know this pandemic has pushed many of us to the financial brink but if you can contribute anything at all it would make a big impact. lets make sure we take care of the most vulnerable members of our community during this time where it has become clear that mutual aid is the only way we will get through.
