Hi, my name is Sierra. I’m a mom to my baby girl, Sharlene, who is almost 21 months old.

I’m creating this because I need help getting us into a stable place to live due to yet another DV situation with Sharlene’s father.

About a month ago, Sharlene’s father and I had a very traumatic and physical argument, to which I was told after that I have until my birthday (June 16) to move out. We haven’t talked since, so I’m moving forward as if that plan hasn’t changed. I’m not waiting until the last minute to figure things out. Proof is provided below.

Right now, I don’t have stable income, and I’ve been trying to apply for childcare assistance, but there are delays and limitations that make it hard to move quickly. I’m doing what I can, but time is not on my side.

I’m raising money to help cover:

• A deposit and first month’s rent

• Basic needs for my daughter

• Temporary stability while I get back on my feet

I want to be clear I’m not looking for a handout long-term. I just need help getting through this moment so I can build stability for me and my child.
