Hello,

My name is Ciara from Ireland , I have been asked to setup another fundraiser on behalf of Shireen Al-Atrash, husband Malak Al-Atrash and their four children Yehya, Ahmed, Meera and Mohammed. I have been volunteering with Activist groups Mothers against genocide and Pals for palestine Ireland. I have been involved with groups evacuating thier relatives from Gaza through the egyptian border. I have some knowledge of the system and can assist in this evacuation if funding can be raised. I was part of a team who helped evacuate Soha Al Atrash (Shireen's sister in law) and Samia AlAtrash in April 2024. I am stilla ctive evacauting some others from this family. I was asked to also help this family.

Shireen is a young mother from Northern Gaza who was recently dispalced along with her family to the south of the strip to Raffa. She is tired, cold, hungry and a mother. I cannot even begin to comprehend her suffering. Here is her story:

"Hello, I am Shireen from the Gaza strip. I had to leave my home on 10/10/2023 and move to Rafah city in the south . It was so difficult to leave my home , but I was forced to do that to save my family .

We have been suffering a lot since we arrived to Rafah . We had look for a shelter where we can stay . It's so expensive to find a small room to stay in in these conditions .

Also the costs of getting food and the basic needs is very high. Everything is expensive in the war .

Now I can't provide my children their needs . I spent all what I had and have nothing to buy food or pay for the small room where I'm staying .

I'm afraid that my children will die because of starvation and diseases .

I hope that you can help me just to provide my children with food , clean water and a safe shelter" .

We need to evacuate 6 family members all together and need $5000+ per Adult and $2500+ per child which will come to $20,000+. We need some living expenses and short term accomodation until they can get up on their feet.

I will be overseeing the fundraiser and will remain in contact with the family throughout.

Please donate as much as you for this family. They deserve a chance in life and need your help to do it. Give the price of a coffee or a taxi or a meal a week to a fmaily. It is not a lot for the people of Gaza to ask for. They have nothing. If you are feeling the pinch, there is o judgements here, give us a share instead.
