Help Shield this Rogers Family from Hate

There is a local Rogers family who are hardworking business owners and they are being unfairly targeted by a hateful neighbor with symbolic flags and other displays. This family is hispanic and bought this house on Poplar St as an investment. So far they have done a beautiful job on the renovations despite what is happening just feet from their windows.
As soon as they bought the house their neighbor decided to start sending them a message by putting up intimidating flags and other symbolic items.
This is about more than just this one family. It's our community!
The city is hand-tied to some extent because of the Freedom of Speech we all enjoy.
However, we are not helpless and we have a plan!
Let's build a wall of trees to block this horrible mess. Green Giant Arbor Vitae are a dense fast-growing evergreen that, when planted close together can be an excellent and tall visual blocker.
- The trees are just over $200 each and we believe it will take at least 20 of them to protect this sweet family and the passing cars from one neighbors' visual assault.
- We also need a survey to determine the exact lot line, but there is a chance that will be donated by a local engineering firm.
- We may also need to rent equipment to get the job done.
Give what you can to show our community that THIS is NOT OK in Rogers.
The work isn't over once we have the trees, though.
Our next step is to come together as a community and get these trees planted. That date is not set yet, but it is just as important as this first round effort. We want to come together with as many friends and supporters as possible to make the planting a family-friendly joyful event.
