Hi!

Earlier this year, Brandy's Mom, mine and Mandy's stepmom, Shelley, was recently diagnosed with stage 2 breast cancer.

Today, she had surgery and they removed a large amount of lymph nodes. We won't know about cancer in the lymph nodes until probably the end of next week.

She won’t need chemo. She will just be doing radiation and the pill.

She's currently in a lot of pain, as you can imagine.

We are not asking for anything other than prayers! However, everyone knows that the daily drive back and forth to radiation, adds up in gas. We don't know what she will feel like eating or drinking, and if you feel led to donate, it is greatly appreciated and will go to her and our Dad. They have an unknown road ahead, and we just want to make it easier if possible.

We know our Caringbridge page caused a bit of confusion, so we apologize for that. There were some technical issues I tried to work out, but it confused people. Hopefully, this page will go smoother.
