Hi everyone, it’s Sheldan —
I never thought I’d be writing one of these, but life has a way of humbling us.

Yesterday, I was in a serious scooter accident here in Tulum. I tore all the ligaments in my right knee, injured my face, and my body took a major hit. It was a hard wake-up call, and I’m paying the price for it.

The good news is: I’m alive and I’m determined to heal.
The hard part is that the surgeries, physical therapy, and recovery costs are far beyond what I can cover right now. Between hospital bills, imaging, and the long road of rehab ahead, I’m facing medical expenses around $10,000 USD.

I’ve spent the last few years building my business, creating spaces for people to heal and transform — through breathwork, retreats, and holistic wellness. Asking for help isn’t easy for me, but I know healing isn’t something we’re meant to do alone.

So I’m asking my community, my friends, my family — if my work has ever touched your life, or if you simply want to help me get back on my feet (literally), any contribution — no matter how small — would mean the world to me.

All donations will go directly toward:
• Surgery and medical treatment
• Physical therapy and rehabilitation
• Basic living expenses while I’m unable to work

This experience has been humbling in all the ways life tends to be — it’s teaching me patience, surrender, and self-forgiveness. I’m choosing to see it as an initiation into deeper strength and gratitude.

If you can’t donate, sharing this with your network helps more than you know.

Thank you for being here for me during this chapter. Your kindness, love, and prayers are helping me heal already.

With love and gratitude,
Sheldan
