<div>I never thought I’d be writing one of these, but life has a way of humbling us.

<div>Yesterday, I was in a serious scooter accident here in Tulum. I tore all the ligaments in my right knee, injured my face, and my body took a major hit. It was a hard wake-up call, and I’m paying the price for it.

</div>

<div>The good news is: I’m alive and I’m determined to heal.

</div>

<div>The hard part is that the surgeries, physical therapy, and recovery costs are far beyond what I can cover right now. Between hospital bills, imaging, and the long road of rehab ahead, I’m facing medical expenses around $10,000 USD.

<div>I’ve spent the last few years building my business, creating spaces for people to heal and transform — through breathwork, retreats, and holistic wellness. Asking for help isn’t easy for me, but I know healing isn’t something we’re meant to do alone.
