Keep Shantelle & Izzy Housed in the Community They Love

There are certain people who shine brightly. Shantelle and her son, Izzy, are those people for the Cambridge community.

Due to a series of unforeseen events, this beloved family is facing eviction by the end of this week. We need to raise funds immediately to keep them in their home.

Who They Are to Us

If you’ve spent any time on the online vegan community or followed Shantelle’s IG, you know her spirit. She isn’t just a coach; she’s a mentor for good health. She has inspiried thousands to take charge of their diet and well-being.

Then there is Izzy. A senior at CRLS, and the definition of "Just a kid from Cambridge. " He is a star basketball player, a talented photographer and most importantly, Izzy is known by every teacher, teammate and friend as genuinely kind and thoughtful.

Why its urgent

Izzy is in the final 2 months of his senior at CRLS where he is loved. He should be focused on graduation, prom, his team mates and college – not carrying the weight of potential homelessness. Your support ensures he can finish his year at CRLS with the stability he deserves.

What Happened

This past fall Izzy’s father passed away. While navigating grief, Shantelle became a single - income family overnight. True to her character, she stepped up to become the primary caretaker for her mother-in-law—a responsibility she took on with honor, but that came with significant, unexpected financial demands.

Done the legwork:

● Lawyers have been consulted.

● Local agencies and non-profits have been sought out, but their resources have run dry due to unprecedented demand.

● The Reality: There is no "safety net" left other than us—their community.

Every day we wake up to difficult news. Many of us feel hopeless and unsure how to make an impact. Supporting Shantelle and Izzy will not end a war or lower the cost of gas & groceries -- But it will save one family.

That act of goodness makes the world better.
