Life is ever evolving.
I was so excited. I was starting the final inspections to buy the house. We have been renting it up until now. I started with the termite inspection, it is the cheapest. We didn't get very far. There is thousands and thousands of dollars of damage. Even the termite repairs from the past are infested with termites. The bank won't finance me to buy it without money also borrowed to fix it. The inspectors told me not to go into the bathrooms. Where they are stacked, the foundations and joists are gone. They even went so far as to say, "Think outside The box. Take The kids to the rec dept. Let them run a few laps. Then they can shower there. Stay out of the bathrooms." The homeowner won't release my money down on the house. I can't get us in somewhere else without it. So. April 21 we are having a HUGE yard sale. Everything must go. Kids and I are calling it "The Safe Shower Sale". It will be a multi family sale.

Shannon is trying to make every effort to make sure her children are in a safe home. She is going to try and sell ALL contents of her home in order do so. My heart has been so heavy for her but she still pushes through with a smile. Shannon is one of the kindest people I know. My hopes are this campaign will raise some funds to help with some of down payment of her future home.
