Hunger and homelessness are urgent and growing crises in Hawai’i.

In 2018, our Heavenly Father placed a deep calling in my heart to reconnect our community to the ‘Āina (land) through healing, nourishing meals we call High Vibes Grindz.

In December 2019, We Are One was founded with a simple yet powerful mission: to serve those in need with organic, plant-based meals that heal the body and uplift the spirit.

Since then, we’ve served over 7,000 meals feeding 100+ people every 2nd and 4th Saturday of the month.

How We Do It

    •    Volunteers harvest fresh, locally grown produce.

    •    Local businesses, farmers, and community members contribute donations.

    •    Dedicated cooks prepare the meals, and we serve anyone who is hungry.

    •    We Are One events also include live, uplifting music, creating a space of healing and love.

Why We Need Your Support

We Are One is not a nonprofit, corporation, or church just a movement of love. Every donation goes directly to feeding our community.

✅ Purchase organic ingredients, plates, utensils, and cooking equipment

✅ Get heavy pots and food heating equipment

✅ Build a permanent facility with a full kitchen, storage, and dining area for daily meal service

Restoring Pono in Hawai’i

Currently, we serve from the historic Hilo Moʻoheau Bandstand, built in 1905 just seven years after the illegal U.S. occupation of Hawai’i began.

Our mission, in partnership with Hawai’i Transitional Governance, is to restore pono (righteousness) in our homeland by creating a sacred space where the community can unite as One.
